Acceptance Of Credit Card Billing Terms
Upon receipt of your order, Rollercoaster will immediately bill your credit card for the full payment of the services you have selected.
You will be sent a welcome
message with a username and password. It is recommended that you
always "log-in" at the main anchor site: RollercoasterStocks.com.
Your credit card statement will show your payment being
made to:
RollerCoaster Stocks, L.L.C.
We will re-bill your card on your renewal date for the then current membership fee.
Charge Back Requests and the new Digital Identity Law
Rollercoaster reserves the right to file civil charges against
bogus charge-back requests using the digital identity law. This
new law accepts IP addresses as legally binding proof of your
identity and your order. Your IP address will be logged with
software that sees through anonymous IP address services and
software. By ordering, you agree to pay any and all civil damages
if you dispute the charge with your credit card company. In
addition, Visa, Master Card and American Express are provided
with copies of your online e-mail order and documentation of
the terms, conditions and agreements to which you agreed to
when you logged-on to the web-site and joined Rollercoaster.
Disputes concerning charge-backs will be resolved by a board
of arbitration in the state in which Rollercoaster is incorporated.
Visa, MasterCard and American Express
are now canceling cards of members who request bogus charge-backs
as a way to simply get out of a legitimate financial obligation.
If you contest this charge or a legitimate rebilling charge
to your credit card provider, Rollercoaster will defend its
position (as per the digital identity law). Thanks for your

How To Cancel
All you have to do is send an e-mail or standard
mail cancellation request before your renewal date. If you decide to cancel before your membership renewal date there will be no refunds given for any reason.
You Agree To Protect Your Password And Maintain Your Computer
Important! Your password is for a single user (you) only.
You agree
that you will not give out log-ins and/or passwords to other
users. Rollercoaster reserves the right to cancel any subscription
if it is discovered that a subscription account is being used
by more than one person, or if a log-in/password is given to
and used by another person. The server logs will identify and
notify Rollercoaster of misuse immediately. Your privileges
will be denied. No refund will be given.
It is assumed that you know how to use and maintain a computer.
Passwords are usually changed every month. Some windows and/or
browser operating systems will store or cache the passwords
as a file or to a folder for future use when you first use them.
This sometimes requires that you go into Windows Explorer or
your browser files and delete or dump the old passwords so you
can log-in with the new passwords. Rollercoaster's help area
covers general instructions for removing old web passwords.
To date all password issues have been user error, the server
and web-site has always worked correctly. If you cannot enter
the site with the new passwords all you have to do is dump or
delete your old passwords to get in. The new member welcome
message will contain simple step-by-step instructions on how
to do this. You can e-mail Rollercoaster if you loose your passwords
or instructions and they will be sent to you again.
E-mail Address Notification
All members acknowledge that it is their responsibility to keep Rollercoaster informed of their correct, current, and primary e-mail address. Rollercoaster Stocks, LLC is not responsible for undeliverable e-mail due to member negligence, electronic, Internet, ISP, server or routing problems, and/or any other reason which could interfere with electronic e-mail delivery.
You Are Responsible For Your Own Investment Decisions
You agree that you are solely responsible for determining
the nature, potential value and suitability of any particular
stock, penny stock, transaction or investment strategy. You
acknowledge that it is your responsibility to monitor your investments
and to make prudent investment decisions. You agree to bear
the sole responsibility and complete risk of relying on the
information and Services obtained from or through the Site.
